Adobe fonts still downloading after disabling plugin

  • V helpful plugin but I need to disable Adobe fonts for performance reasons. I’ve tried disabling the plugin and clearing all caching but the remote css and font files are still downloaded.

    I’ve checked my child theme css and php (e.g. header, styles.css etc) but can’t find anything to help disable them.

    Is this expected behaviour from the plugin? Any ideas how to disable the fonts?

    Hello @mattgoddard

    When we use the custom type kit fonts, the fonts are loaded via a URL screenshot of the same.

    While when we deactivate the plugin this CSS does not load on the page, reference screenshot.

    However, the font-family still remains because it is stored in the database and the Fonts are fetched from the DB once the plugin is disabled.
