Adoption of country caching for WPSC extension

I’m no longer able to develop or support Country Caching For WP Super Cache and its not been updated for 2 years. I’m trying to find someone to take over and adopt it – would you be interested? More info on the plugin. It should be fairly easy for you to update and support or even migrate it to be a built in plugin within WPSC.
