Adress custom field

It should be possible on Custom Field Group -> just choose your Custom Post Type.

Sorry Marcin but I didn’t understand.

I already have created a Custom Field Group with 2 dates and 2 numeric values.
But in the custom fields list, there isn’t any address field.
