    Hi kiat87,

thanks for reaching out and the helpful screencast.

AdSense Auto ads work fully automatic and sometimes, they don’t get the position right. To be honest, I haven’t seen it being that wrong as in your case.

There is nothing any plugin can do about that since we only add the Auto ads code into the header of the page. The position of the ads is controlled by AdSense through that code.

You could wait and see if AdSense fixes it automatically or try to contact them to make them aware of it.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

I have no idea how to contact adsense as it doesnt seem to have any support on their site.

Is that possible we disable auto ads to be placed on nav bar?

    Hi kiat87,

unfortunately, you can only disable Auto ads completely. They don’t offer us or you any way to fine-tune the positions.

As an alternative, you can place AdSense ad units manually. See https://wpadvancedads.com/place-adsense-ad-unit-manually/ for the full tutorial on how to do that.

The AdSense support channel depends on your account. See this page for all options.

Do you see the admin toolbar in the frontend at all? You can enable/disable that in your user profile.

Nothing at all, so no other items, too? I am trying to figure out if this is a general issue on your site or just related to Advanced Ads.

    Thanks

    Yes check on the screenshot

    Thank you, that helped.

You are hosting with www.ads-software.com. I was not aware that they have their own admin toolbar and it looks like they removed other elements from it. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about that.

    What about this issue

If that is still the same problem you reached out about initially then it is the Google Auto ad showing up there. This is a “feature” of them you can’t influence. You can only choose to use Auto ads with all the pros and cons or not use it.

Well, there are a few things you can influence. Please check out the Auto Ads section in your AdSense account to find the ad types delivered through Auto ads. Maybe, one of the options can help with that position.

    Best regards,
    Thomas
