Ads are not showing on my site

Hi,
I have installed the Ad Inserter plugin. After that, I pasted my Adsense auto ads code into the Header section under settings. Then I created an ad unit in my Adsense account and pasted the code of that ad unit into block 1. I selected the “Posts” under lists and then Category, “how-to-guide” as a white list so that the ads should only be shown in the posts under this how-to-guide category. Then I clicked on Save Settings. but I am unable to see the ads anywhere on my site. Can you please check out it, what is the main issue?
Please help in this regard.
