Ads are not showing up

    do not know why my ads are not showing up. It has been several days now since I tried adding ads to my blog (past the 30 minutes up to 72 hours that is suggested it might take for ads to appear).

    I’ve installed Advanced Ads which is linked to my Google AdSense account and I have tried multiple ways to post the ads;

    • short codes
    • creating new ads with Advanced Ads
    • tried different placements
    • copied the codes from Google Adsense

    Nothing has worked. I toggled the debug box on but that didn’t help either.

    I do see a “Ad Debug Output” box where the ad should go but I don’t know how to resolve this since I have already toggled the debug box on.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Sarah,
    Thanks for reaching out.

    I recommend deciding if you want to integrate your AdSense codes using SiteKit or Advanced Ads. This helps to avoid confusion about which plugin should take care of which part of your ad integration.

    For Advanced Ads, please follow this guide to create a display ad in AdSense and place it on your page using Advanced Ads.

    I recommend using a content placement for testing. Once the ad is created, imported and placed, please send me a link to a page with the AdSense ad unit showing (or creating a white space and not showing).
