Thanks for posting in a new thread.

I checked your site’s frontend and the code and can say with certainty that this is an automatic measure by AdSense. In May, AdSense started to block ads on certain sites due to invalid traffic. I wrote about it in this post and keep it up to date as well.

AdSense announced last week that they are going to inform publishers in the Policy center, but they didn’t say when this will happen.

If you did not do anything to bring invalid traffic to your site then it might just be temporary and you should wait it out. If you feel that this measure is not correct then you can contact AdSense if you see the “Contact” link at the top right on their support page.

Unfortunately, there is nothing else I could do for you now.

From my Adsense account, it shows no “no policy violation detected”, but in the section of “status” it said:

“Our crawler was unable to access the pages listed in the ’Blocked URLs’ column to determine the content and display ads. Click the ’plus’ icon beside each domain to see an expanded list of affected URLs. When our crawler can’t access your content we won’t show ads, resulting in lower revenue and coverage. Follow the link in the ’Error’ column to learn how to correct these errors.”

I wonder if it is the reason that ads are not showing? Do you know how to fix it?

Hi Luanna,

thanks for your feedback. They say that you can get more information when clicking on a “plus” icon. Could I ask you to do that and let me know which URLs are listed there?

First of all there is no “plus” icon on the page. “Blocked URLs ” shows clickable but when I clicked on it, nothing happened. I am confused.

Still no ads show up and my status on the AdSense didn’t say anything about why.

Hi Luanna,

I don’t think I can help with issues in the AdSense account. What I can say is that the behavior of the Auto ads codes indicates a problem with invalid traffic as I mentioned above. You probably didn’t do anything to cause this so you can only wait it out.

thank you Thomas, I did read some articles of the ad policy and I realized I have clicked on the ads on my website, I didn’t know it is not allowed… I should have read these policies before.

yes, that is indeed a problem. If you can still access your AdSense account then this is only a temporary issue. Just continue working on your site and AdSense will eventually remove this limitation again.
