when I drop an AdKing widget into my layout and click the Banner ID# drop down menu, only 5 IDs are showing, and I have no way to enter a banner ID for an older advert I need to display…? I am certain the ad is not expired, I have checked the category (ad type), nothing seems to bring up the remaining ads. What gives?

I want to add to this that I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling AdKingPro.

I did not notice this problem happening earlier, however I had been using categories (one advertiser with multiple ads appearing randomly) and not trying to do this many specific banners. So I wouldn’t have noticed anyway.

I also am able to choose categories that I have just recently created, and those appear in the widget drop down. So for instance, if I assign every ad a unique category, then I can select by category, leave “Banner ID” at “Select Randomly” and that works, because there is only one ad in the category. But this isn’t how we want to be managing ads.

The site is https://www.auburnmassdaily.com, but ads are appearing and working using the categories workaround, so looking at the site may not tell you much.

    Thanks
