    Hi cucuandreigabriel,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Your theme adds the yellow background. You can reosolve this by activating the checkbox “Transparent background” in Advanced Ads > Settings > AdSense.

The ad codes are correctly injected and already receiving data. The problem seems to be in AdSense. Here are some typical reasons:

    • The account or site is new => wait 48 hours, but it can also take weeks
    • Your site was not added => go to Sites in your AdSense account and add it
    • There are violations listed under Account > Policy center in your AdSense account
    • The ad units are new => wait a while and have some patience
    • Your site does not comply with the AdSense policies => review them here
    • You inject the auto ads/verification code twice, which results in the “enable-page-level-ads”-error in the browser console. This one is not preventing the ads from being filled, but you can fix it quickly; and should do that.

      Best regards,
      Joachim

I had ads before, but from two days these doesn’t work. I think that this is the only reason “There are violations listed under Account > Policy center in your AdSense account”. I have the same avertissement with limiting number of ads appears, in console but the link from policy center shows me: https://prnt.sc/xtbxpe.

    Hi cucuandreigabriel,

I notice that AdSense places auto ads on your website that stay blank. This indicates clearly that there is an issue with your AdSense account. Unfortunately, your screenshot is not accessible.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi Joachim,

I don’t know why my screenshot doesn’t work.

The message from Policy center is: ?We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we are currently unable to process your request. Our engineers have been notified of this issue and are working to resolve it.” it’s normal?

    Thank you!

    Hi cucuandreigabriel,

Thank you for making this clear again. It was my mistake. I thought this was a message from the image hoster and did not realize that it is your screenshot from AdSense.

Indeed, I haven’t seen this on AdSense yet. In my account the policy center is accessible.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi @cucuandreigabriel,

Have you tried to access the AdSense policy center again, meanwhile?

    Best regards,
    Joachim
