Ads just do not show up….

    I have edited the ads.txt file I have installed it on dev site, staging site and nothing. Your dummies ad showed up once. After that I could not get an add to show up in the dev site nor the staging site.

    It seems that you have a lot of issues around this topic with no resolution not even for someone who is just evaluating your software, Thomas.

    Thank you for reporting your problem here. You would do me a favor if you could be a little more specific about what kind of ad it is and how you are trying to embed it.

    If you share a link to your site where you’re trying to embed an ad, I’d be happy to take a look at it and try to help you solve the problem. Otherwise, we have a pretty comprehensive manual where you might find a solution to your issue.

    PS: I’m a bit irritated about your comment on your pre-purchase question. I see that you opened two threads before. In one, you asked about compatibility with different page builders and got an answer from me within a day.

    Your second ticket was regarding the purchase of Advanced Ads Pro. However, the forums on www.ads-software.com are only for the plugins hosted here, not for questions related to a different and paid product. I have tried to answer these questions for you as best as possible and invite you with a link to our support channel for further questions.

    I can’t find another pre-purchase question from you, so I’m unsure where you might feel completely ignored.

    Please let me know if you have not received a request on a ticket in our support.
