Ads keep appearing on the home

Hi, could you please help me to fix this issue? Ads keep being displayed on the home of my website https://www.ottimizzazione-pc.it/, even if I removed them from the home in the settings of the plugin.
They are supposed to be hidden but they are displayed.
I use Magazine Pro, a premium Genesis theme. Thanks
