    Hi,

Thanks for that. It now shows the images which is great.

However, I thought that the plugin switched between the adverts every couple of seconds? This just appears to stay on one.

    Jue,

    Lets check your widget options.
Advert Count is a parameter that allows to set max count of ads that will be displayed per time. If this parameter is larger than existed ads count – animation will be auto disabled.

    Thread Starter Jue

The advert count is set to 1, there are more than 1 adverts.

    Jue,

I guess, I understand that you meant.
Banners have a random shuffle, not one by one. So if you have only 2 ads, sometimes ads will be duplicated. Perhaps, in this way it makes a sense to disable animation at all.

So the plugin doesn’t switch between ads whilst on the page? I thought that it would just go between them constantly. I will be adding more ads in time.

I basically thought the plugin would act like a slider, if that makes sense?

    As sample how it works.

Plugin can display ads in 2 ways: static ads number – without
switching (right sidebar, bottom ad group – group includs 2 ads) and dynamic ads number with switching (left sidebar (group includs 6 ads) and rigth sidebar – top ad groups (group includs 2 ads)).
But, unfortunately, current plugin functionality doesn’t work as slider, ie do not switch slide by slide in defined order. Groups of ads that you want to display will be shuffled and display in random order. But we will think about adding this feature to our plugin for the next plugin release. Thanks for good idea! ??

    Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response, sleep was called.

I’ve just managed to look at the sample and the top right hand corner and bottom left hand corner is how I wanted it to work. There are 2 ads already in the group but it doesn’t appear to switch.

Ah, I’ve just checked on a different machine and it appears to be working now. Strange, but if it works, it works!

Thanks for your speedy help yesterday.

    Hi Jue,

Could you please send screenshot with current widget options and browser and OS that you use, because I see 2 banners on your site that are switching.

    (@jue)

See above reply, it appears to work now.

I guess that I need to change the size of the images so it stops changing the size of the page?

    Plugin Author WebCodin

    (@webcodin)

    Jue,

Yes, for better look images should have a equal sizes, as per sample that I sent.
You can set add size here: “Visual Adverts” –> “Settings” –> “Advert Image Size”

But after this, please use “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/) or similar one for properly displaying of custom thumbnails after customization of this plugin option.

But, I want to pay your attention on that fact that if your images is smaller then size that you set, image will be displayed in as it is, because it is default WordPress feature.
