ads not showing: feed mistake?

    Hi,

    I’m trying to get my feed showing, but I’m failing. The feed products appear in google merchant center, but I’m not getting any impression, even with the eligibility for free listing. The campaign is configured in google ads, and no error is shown.

    I have a single feed where I put “France” as target country in the plugin configuration, the language of the feed is English (also configured in merchant center) and the ads are set (in merchant center) to show in France, Italy, Netherlands and Belgium. Language is always English. Shouldn’t I catch searches in English from those countries?

    Another thing I don’t understand is that I see as category “home and garden” in merchant center, when I configured the feed to be “Home & Garden > Decor > Artwork > Posters, Prints, & Visual Artwork”. A product, which is a photography of a bed, is in category “Furniture > Beds & Accessories > Beds & Bed Frames”.

    Hello @kove,

    How long have you got the products active in your Merchant center?
    As you can imagine there is a lot of merchants with products on Google you are competing with. Make sure your website is perfect.

    Als one of the most important issues when products are not listed is not having an EAN or GTIN and bad image quality. Google will not list your products in those cases.

    Yes, I have a percentage of items with such problem. I will try to fix those, but I doubt I will go from 15 impression in 3 days to 1500. I’ll keep you updated
