Ads not showing on desktop and showing less on Mobile

I’m experiencing issues with the Adinserter plugin Ver 2.7.36 on my WordPress site though i placed the proper code and settings in place

Issues:

• Desktop: Ads are not displaying at all.
• Mobile: Ads are showing, but significantly fewer than expected.

Environment:

• Platform: WordPress 6.6
• Theme: Soledad
• PHP Version: PHP 8.1

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Verified the plugin is up to date.
Checked for JavaScript errors in the browser console.
Disabled other plugins to rule out conflicts.
Cleared all caches.
