    I don’t understand why but the ads aren’t showing. Right now there is only one in the group but even it should show and isn’t.

    https://www.happy-ever-after.org/ is the link, on the sidebar under BOOK PROMOTION.

    [dfads params='groups=36&orderby=random&order=ASC']

    That’s the code I put in the text widget on the sidebar. In the source code for the main page, I can see where the image should be and it’s showing up there.

    <img src="https://www.happy-ever-after.org/wordpress/wp-content/themes/HappyEverAfter/images/ads/covers/test2.png" width="275" height="410" class="aligncenter" />

    But obviously, on the actual page itself, you can’t SEE the ad. I’ve tried clearing my cache several times for WordPress AND my browser. So I figured it must be something to do with the plugin.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing all of the information regarding your problem.

    Make sure you have checked the Enable shortcodes in Text Widgets option here: WordPress Admin Area > Settings > Ads

    Yes, I do have it checked/enabled. That’s why I believe when I look at the source code I can see the info of what should be showing but isn’t ??

    Oh, in case it matters, this is what it shows in my source code.

    <li id="text-2" class="widget widget_text">
    <h2 class="widgettitle">Book Promotion</h2>
    <div class="textwidget">
    <div>
    <div class="dfad dfad_pos_1 dfad_first" id="_ad_600">
    <img src="https://www.happy-ever-after.org/wordpress/wp-content/themes/HappyEverAfter/images/ads/covers/test2.png" width="275" height="410" class="aligncenter" />
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>
    </li>

    Then, when I clear my cache, and refresh I can see the block for a second where the ad is supposed to be but then it disappears so I’m not sure what’s going on ??

    Never mind, I am a moron, has nothing to do with the plugin or WordPress. I have an ad blocker on, DUH me! LOL. As soon as I turned it off for that page it all worked, including the back end ??

    I just came here looking for an answer to the same issue, and I found it here lol.
    The worst part is, I did the same thing a month or two ago and didn’t remember lmao!
