Ads Places Gateaway timeout error 2

Hi i have this problem with the Ads Places section where i can not enter to edit the places and the ads. It looks like it loads to eternity and returns me a gateaway timeout error.
I saw this thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ads-places-gateway-time-out?replies=3 and i actually uncheck the option of Allow to collect and to store statistical data. But nothing happened still can’t get inside the Ads Places section.

How may i clear the statistical data?
