Ads posted not showing in adverts manage

    Hello

    The adverts manage page displays “You do not have any Ads posted yet.” The logged-in user has just completed WooCommerce Checkout successfully when they purchased a package. During that process, they added a classified that is visible, “https://verkoopmyrok.feedmybeta.com/advert/haute-couture-a-line-merkado/”

    The same issue appears in the WooCommerce My Account area. My Account > My Ads, which on our prototype the URL is https://verkoopmyrok.feedmybeta.com/my-account/my-rokke/ you will need login details to see it, but I need a way to send you credentials securely.

    The issue happens with the latest WordPress default theme as well, and all our plugins are fully up to date. We are getting the following warnings in WC Status.

    WP Adverts – WooCommerce Payment by Greg Winiarski – 1.5.0 – Not tested with the active version of WooCommerce

    WooCommerce version: 3.7.1
    WordPress version: 5.2.4
    WP Adverts: 1.3.6

    I know you would like our server environment noted here as well, but is that a good idea from a security perspective?

    Hi,
    was the user logged in while posting an Ad or did he register using WooCommerce in the checkout?

    If the user registered in WC and was not logged in when posting an Ad in [adverts_add] then most likely the Ad is not assigned to the user at all.

    You can check it in wp-admin / Classifieds panel, edit the Advert and see if it is assigned to any user?

    Apologise for wasting your time a bit, I was logged in with the wrong user at the time.
