Ads quit rotating

This plugin worked fine up until we updated to the latest WordPress. Now the ads have quit rotating. I have it set up as a type – topbanner and set to rotate. As I said, worked fine until we updated. Is there a fix coming, or has something changed? https://radiotroy.com/
