Ads repositioning in administration

Hello,
Is it possible to “reposition” tabs with active Ads in plugin administration? I mean tabs named 1, 2, 3… I created Ad 1, Ad 2, Ad 3 etc. As time goes on, I stopped using Ad 1, Ad 2, Ad 5, Ad 7 to 9 etc. I currently use Ad 3, Ad4, Ad6, Ad 10 and my question is — is there a possibility to “put them in line”? It means Ad 1, 2, 3 and 4?
