Ads Show Up on Only Some Posts

I just noticed my ads aren’t working on all posts just some. My site is https://www.malzisfit.com. When I go through the popular posts I notice the ad I put on the end of each post only shows up sometimes. What gives?
I’ve checked the plugin settings a million and ten times. The ads are not set to be suppressed on any static posts. I have the ultra version not just the lite.
