The code is inserted as configured.

I would suggest cheching with Amazon support.

Maybe something is changing the ad scripts.

– Try to disable caching and optimizing plugins (configure them not to change Javascript code).
– If you are using CloudFlare you should disable RocketLoader.

I disabled RL a while ago and disabled WP Rocket and webP Express plugins, cleared cache from cloudflare, and still nothing.

Here we can mainly help with Ad Inserter issues.
Only Amazon can check/debug their code.
