Ads watermark to our FB Ads feed even if turned off

    Hi!
    We got Pro plugin and it did not work for smartphone.
    This is the least of our worries because it applied massive watermark on our Wocommerce catalog feed (Product Feed) on Facebook Ads. We only had this mark on for first 1-2 days since install of plugin and turned it off a month ago.

    WE deleted plugin, cleared cache everywhere but we still see watermark which stops us to run ads in such an important season:(( No watermark on site and only randomly appears on some Products on Facebook. How do know what this plugin is doing? It leaked out of WP content>Plugins folder with bits of code which i struggle to find (one is htaccess. file)

    We got no response from developer. it has been just over 24 hrs for this ticket but we got other ticket and it has not been solved for 10 days+.

    Not sure what to do. Just need help!

    We appreciate you coming back to us.
    We actually solved the problem of removing watermarked images. It was a problem in Facebook CDN storing old photos and their cache was impossible to purge by FB terms.
