Ads won't appear after each new post

Hi. After installing WordPress SEO by Yoast the ads, by Google Adsense, won’t show after each new post. The ads in old post, that I didn’t modify, and the ones in side widgets are working fine. What can I do? How can I fix this? Contactig Yoast is really hard.
