I suspect this mean there may be some additional action required before AdSense can approve your site. If you get in touch with the AdSense team or follow any suggestions you may have received by email or from your AdSense dashboard you can hopefully get your account or site approved.

Good question in relation to your ads.txt file. This can be added by following the steps in the below guide. Site Kit does not place this file for you as it’s not an AdSense specific file:

i placed ad from widget can i delet that ?

Apologies, I was suppose to type that Site Kit does not place this file for you. I have modified that text now, my mistake.

Have you tried following the steps listed on the AdSense Help Center article? From inspecting your site and ads.txt it looks like you’ve managed to place it correctly.

That’s good to know. Out of curiously did you have to make any changes on your site or were there any emails from the AdSense platform in relation to your account approval?
