Adsense Ads / Crawler Error WordPress Site

  • Recently, Adsense Ads have stopped displaying on my WordPress site:

    https://www.thissongslaps.com/

    The ads are only not showing up on the https://www.thissongslaps.com/blog/ page for some reason.

    Ads are displayed on all other sub-pages of the site. I’ve left one ad in the bottom right of the sidebar, but on the /blog/ page it only shows up as a blank grey square.

    I emailed Google and they informed me that their crawlers were having trouble accessing my site and could not pull ad content to display on my webpage.

    The trouble-shooting forums say that I need to ad some text to my robot.txt file which will allow Adsense to crawl my page.

    I’ve downloaded a plugin to edit the robots.txt file, added the Google crawler text (didn’t work), allowed all crawlers (didn’t work either), and now I don’t know what to do.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or input on what needs to be done?
