Adsense Ads not displaying

Hi,
My site is using Kadence Theme, LiteSpeed Server (HostArmada) and Cloudflare.
I’m using WP Quads plugin to insert Adsense ads inside content.

The Adsense ad is displaying on the home page every time.
But on posts some kind of fishy error is coming while displaying Adsense Ads.

Let me explain the error.

Some time ago, ads were displaying every time I load a post of my site.
Then I was using a different plugin and DreamHost.

Lately the ads are not displaying on all the posts.
When I make any update to theme settings or Cloudflare settings, it displays once.
But after that it won’t display on the posts again.

It was not the case before. Earlier ads were displaying on all the posts irrespective of updates to themes, Cloudflare.

I disabled all the plugins and tested. But still the same problem.

I’m confused whether its Litespeed error or theme error or WordPress error or Cloudflare error.
Please let me know how to display the ads on all posts regularly.`
