Adsense Ads not showing

For me Adsense ads are not showing. PFB the details and steps i followed:

Ads Using Code:

Placed the code and waited for around one month but ads didn’t showed up instead a white blank space was present.

Ads Using WP-Plugin
——————-
Placed ads using WP Adsense Plugin and waited for 15 days. Forget Ads, even code is not getting downloaded in site.

Please suggest with solution for this.
