Adsense and Caching Problem

I recently upgraded to WordPress 2.7 and I guess I’ve started to experience some issues regarding the caching. I do not have a caching plugin and I thought I disabled the wordpress caching mechanism it has by default but still no luck.

I have an Author Adsense script to share revenue but it only kept my adsense code on their all the time rather then split it around to the other authors…and the permalinks are broken as the site does not work in IE…if I disable all the plugins the site works, but I cannot reenable one at a time, because the caching still seems to go on (I tried activating them all immediately after and the site was working in IE, but 20 minutes later it was not) so there is still some caching going on…any help would be very much appreciated!
