adsense for search

    im hoping to have:

    1) adsense custom search instead of my standard theme search
    2) adsense ads on top of all my posts
    3) adsense ads in my sidebar

    i have TWO questions right now:

    1) is there a plugin that can do ALL this?
    2) what do i do with the TWO pieces of code generated for adsense for search? (i know the second bit goes in the new ‘page’ i have to create)
