Adsense help.

I have an adsense question. Not sure if im in the right sub-forum but you all probably seen this a million times but im running the latest wordpress and i used multiple methods of posting ads on my site (pokemonel.com). I even downloaded a plugin to help me in assisting in ad placement but still nothing shows. i dont know if my coding is wrong or as simple as placement is wrong. im kinda of clueless at this point. my traffic is getting better and im losing potential earnings by this point. thank you in advance.
