Google adsense code auto and ad units are breaking the desktop gallery images loading.
With adsense activated the images in a block in the centre of a three column block are being firstly presented as full size instead of thumbnails with the result the two outer para columns are being displayed as a long vertical line of text. All seems to be ok with mobile and tablet. On first page load its all messed up but if you reload the page it seems to sort itself but this no use.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi bodd54,

    Thanks for reaching out.

All ad units that I can see on your website are Google AdSense Auto Ads. To solve your issue, I recommend navigating to your AdSense account > Ads. You can adjust the Auto Ads a bit there and disable specific positions in your content.

If you find that this problem occurs only on particular pages, you can also manually insert the Auto Ads code into all other pages and leave out the problematic pages.

And finally, if this doesn’t help, I would inject the AdSense ads manually.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

@schmidt25 Thank you for your response, I have already tried the disable specific positions to remove from the top of the page. I have tried disabling the auto and used traditional ad placement.
The only pages 360+ where this happens is in the three column (centre Column) gutenberg gallery loading the fullsize images rather than the thumbnails and If you reload the page it seems to sort the problem which would suggest it is during the initial page load this is occurring.
My site was originally built using Joomla so I decided to change to Worpress, it has taken me 3 months to build the 400 pages in localhost and to find it all breaks when uploaded to the live server is rather annoying that a solution cant be found.

    Hi @bodd54,

This thread has been forgotten a bit, I’m sorry.

I took another close look at your page and can only reproduce the problem with the 3-column picture galleries on the homepage because I couldn’t find any of the +360 pages with 3-column galleries.

However, my browser shows me an error that is related to AdSense.

    • How did you integrate your AdSense ads?
    • Is Advanced Ads connected to your AdSense account, and did you import the ads directly from there?
    • Do you use the AdSense ad type?

    Hi @schmidt25
I have found the cause of this issue, it turns out it is the use of auto to set the column size. When I added the three columns I did not set a % size for each column which meant google auto ads was placing an oversized ad into one of the columns and causing the others to automatically scale less. I went through every column that had the image and set each column to a fixed % which seems to have fixed the issue. The two outer columns were set to 37% and the middle image column set to 26% leaving the two outer columns enough room to fit a standard size google ad to fit inside. It has pretty much forced all to fit by setting fixed sizes.
