    There are none on www.ads-software.com, you must be confusing another website with this.

    No, i mean to use different themes and plugins on wordpress.com you need to pay package plan like “Business” but i want to know should i pay anything to www.ads-software.com to use those themes and plugins or i can download just for free all of them?

    You can’t interchange WordPress.com themes with self-hosted themes on www.ads-software.com, no. You need to either choose which one you’re going for, WordPress.com or www.ads-software.com.
