Adsense Sidebar plugin – not displayng ads

I have installed plugin
AdSenseAnna – The Google AdSense Sidebar, Version 1.2.1 | By Philipp Kopy. I put the publicher ID in but the ads do not display. I tested on another WP blog wih SAME publisher ID and it works. Any ideas?My blog is ver 2.8.2
