    Hello,
I’m trying to figure out at what point my AdSense is breaking and I figured asking here would be my next step. I am currently using the free version of MH Newsdesk theme and I have installed an Adsense plugin to help set up the space they should be implemented ect. I copy over my AdSense ad code into the plugin and place the widget in the theme yet I don’t see their “blank” ad, there is not even a place holder. (Note* when I customize the theme I do see the area the ad should be at normal size, just background color). I have tried a simple text widget and the same issue occurs. Does anyone happen to have personal experience getting the ads to show up with this theme and could point me in the right direction or perhaps a step by step guide?
    Thank you.

  • Hi wulfyns,

thanks for using MH Newsdesk lite.

Google AdSense ads are highly content related and there are several requirements in order to display AdSense ads. If you have new AdSense ad units, it usually takes some time until they are approved and when using responsive ads, it might be necessary to modify the ad code itself in order to meet certain requirements. Here you can find more information: Common reasons why Google AdSense ads are not displaying.

Alright, so it may be a time issue, or perhaps it is because I dont have much content yet. I will mark the issue as resolved and in the future if I still cant seem to get ads to show i’ll re-open or make a new thread.
Thank you for your reply and the helpful link!

You’re very welcome and good luck with your website.
