AdsPlace dont work

Hello
I try to display AdsPlace into my WordPress, but it’s don’t display any ad.. When i try to display Single Ad it is work fine, but when i try to display Ad place nothing happens. I also try to paste this code into sidebar:
<?php if(function_exists(‘drawAdsPlace’)) drawAdsPlace(array(‘id’ => 1), array(‘before’ => ‘<div class=”ad”>’, ‘after’ => ‘</div>’)); ?>
