"adult playthings" message

I really need some help here, I have this message (adult playthings) under my pictures(when i upload a picture i make sure that the comment box is empty) and i dont have an idea how to take it off, it appers random, and when i delete the message if i refresh the page, sometimes appers, sometimes not… sometime is just the text, sometimes is a link to a sexshop.

im desperate because i google it and it seems that im the only one with this problem… https://www.redmau.com check it out for your self… you should see it at least 3 times in the first 2 pages…
