    Hi!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Advanced Ads.

First, visit your website (https://www.mcnews.com.au/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.mcnews.com.au/wp-login.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.3.2
    Current theme: Newsmag (version 4.7)
Current plugin: Advanced Ads (version 1.16.1)
    PHP version 7.4.1

    Hi there,

    thanks for reaching out.

I think this is some race condition happening only in rare cases. Since you are using a premium product, please reach out through customer support so that I can assist you there. No need to repeat everything in the email, just link to this thread.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,
yesterday I experienced the same issue two hours after I updated WordPress to the latest release 5.4 in an staging website.
However, I’ve been doing some tests today and I haven’t received any email.
Besides, everything works as expected, no problem at all.
In addition to this, I haven’t found any log on error log file…
What could have caused that? Should I check something else? Has it something to do with new release of WordPress 5.4?

Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you so much.

    Best regards
