    I have to report an anomalous thing for your wordpress plugin, credit card payment continues to be deactivated even though it is active in the backend

    Could you share a link to your site where we can replicate this issue?

    To better judge what could be causing this, you could also share a copy of your WooCommerce system report file.

    The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
