    Ok, So i also created a nickname for this field “Cellphone Number” called: num

    I tried
    +27[item (num)]@2way.co.za
    +27[item(num)]@2way.co.za

    All i get is [email protected] – it dont insert the number.

    Ok, so I also tried all the short codes, and only [admin email] works.

    Dont seem like any other short codes works. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

    Sorry for the late response. You have to add a ‘nickname’ to the input, then use that nickname in the shortcode. In the form editor, go to ‘Form Extra’, then assign nicknames there. So if you give the input the nickname ‘cellphone’, the shortcode would be [item cellphone].

    Hi there and many thanks for the feedback. I got everything to work as it should, but it dont seem like the short code is working in “TO” field.

    The short code is working in the message, but not in the top field.
