Advanced Accordion: Bug with anchor links

I updated all my plugins, wordpress and the themes. Now I have the following issue with the advanced accordion element: https://media.kofu.ch/bilder/Aufzeichnung-advanced-accordion.mp4

When I click on the page itself on an anchor link the accordion item opens and closes a few times and then stops. When I click on the accordion item directly everything works fine. Also, when I click on the anchor link on a different page everything works fine too. I already tried to create a new page and test a new accordion element with anchor link there but the behaviour was the same. What could the issue be? It is also only happening on one language page – the other two languages work fine.

I use elementor and elementor pro.
