Advanced Accordion – Tabs to have links?
-
Hello,
I am seeking some guidance with a specific functionality in my WordPress site, particularly involving the Elementor pop-up and EA Advanced Accordion plugin. Here’s a detailed description of my current setup and the issue I’m facing:
- Current Setup: I’m using an Elementor pop-up for my mobile site’s menu. Inside this pop-up, I’ve implemented the EA Advanced Accordion to create accordion-style submenus under each main menu item.
- Design Choice: I’ve chosen this accordion approach to allow for more stylized submenu options, which aligns with my site’s design aesthetics.
- Desired Functionality: My primary goal is to make each main menu item (each accordion tab) clickable and functional as a link, once its corresponding tab is expanded.
- Specific Example: For instance, if a user on a mobile device selects ‘Products,’ they will see a dropdown of 5 items under this category. At this point, I would like the ‘Products’ title itself to become a clickable link.
- Troubleshooting So Far: I have provided a link below for direct access to the mobile version of the site, so you can observe the current functionality.

I appreciate any insights or guidance on how to achieve this functionality. If further details are required, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
