I’m a little confused, I hope someone can help me out as I feel like I didn’t connect something properly, but I’m not sure.

I have been trying a plethora of different ad plugins and landed on Advanced Ads, however, when I check with my google Adsense account, it says I made 0,14 cents over the past month.

However, when I look up Advanced Ads – Adsense earnings it says I earned €4,80 ‘last month’ and €6,61 ‘the past 28 days’. I don’t know now which one to believe, and I’m wondering if AA is actually recording income but not able to send this to Adsense and only registering it instead?

Hoping you can help me out! I suspect the 14 cents comes from a lost ad somewhere I made by hand with the help of AdSense, and that AA is not properly connected, but I’m not sure.

    Thanks for your time!

PS: I do have another website connected to adsense as well, and when I select the category right next to the AA adsense option, the numbers don’t change, no matter what I select, I get the same 6,61 for the past 28 days, and this counts for the others too. Could it be possible that this AA adsense thingy is bugged? And that it’s showing me the income of both pages instead of that of just Life to Legend?

    Hi tezartdesign,

    Thanks for reporting your issue.

I don’t know now which one to believe, and I’m wondering if AA is actually recording income but not able to send this to Adsense and only registering it instead?

If you connect your website with your AdSense account via Advanced Ads, the plugin will import notifications and revenue information into your backend. This data will be aggregated if you use your AdSense account on multiple websites. So Advanced Ads does not record your income but imports this data from your AdSense account.

“when I select the category right next to the AA adsense option, the numbers don’t change, no matter what I select, I get the same 6,61 for the past 28 days, and this counts for the others too.”

These numbers should change when switching from “all” to particular domains. It looks like there seems to be something broken with the API there. This could be the reason why you see the aggregated data and not the income from the selected domain.

We will check this as soon as possible and fix it if necessary. Until then you will find the domain-specific revenues in your AdSense report.

    I will keep you posted.

Best regards and a lovely weekend,
    Joachim
