Advanced Ads Settings Area Showing Blank

thanks for reaching out.

Issues like this are often caused by enabled script blocking settings within the browser or other plugins and themes interfering with the settings page on the server side.

Can you please check for script blocking tools within your browser and disable these or trying a second one?

If you want to debug the settings page further I recommend the Health Check plugin which you can use the test-deactivate all other plugins and themes to see if the issue persist. Your browsers console should also provide additional information about the origin of the issue.

Please let me know if you found further hints what might cause the seen behavior so I can look into this with you.

I created a new test site and installed only Advanced Ads but the problem still persists. Also there are no Script blocking tool in my Chrome browser,Mozilla and Edge are showing same thing. Thank you

I was not able to reproduce the reported behavior. Are there any further hints within the browsers console about errors or warnings?

Does this happen on all settings pages, or only the Advanced Ads one?

Yes, It only happens on Advanced Ads Settings. Every other thing is OK.

No, there are no warnings.. Just the blank page

There’s something seriously wrong with that website. There’s a horrible annoying popup with a close a button easily missed by most visitors located a mile away from the popup because of the full page background of the popup which makes it impossible to click outside of the popup to close it (clickjacking) which takes visitors to an unwanted content view.

After getting rid of the pop up clicking anywhere on the outer container or the scroll bar on the home page or content pages opens **TWO** redirect tabs to GearBest Best sellers full page ads. Why??

There’s also two popups overlaying each other in the bottom right corner.
An extremely annoying site.

Your WP setup specs and special features in place would be also relevant to reproduce this.

Another approach might be using the plugin “Query Monitor”. This provides easy access and shows warnings of potential errors within the rendering of the website right away in the admin bar.
