    Hi,

Just wanted to confirm about /home/[MYSITE]/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

    I received an email:

    https://postimg.cc/vcQ7ttRF

It tagged WP Super Cache but I’ve deleted that plugin already and I’m currently using WP-Optimize only. I try to delete advanced-cache.php on cPanel but it keeps getting auto-created. (You can find more details here.)

Anyway, is WP-Optimize now responsible for advanced-cache.php ? Is it okay if I just ignore it there? There are no issues on my site, I’m looking into it just because of the email I received.

    Thank you.

advanced-cache.php is shown as a Drop-in plugin on WordPress.

The advanced cache file will be needed for most caching plugins

The advanced-cache.php file is used by most of the caching plugins to store information about full-page caching. It is used check if the cache is valid, when, and which cache is to be served.

It’s nothing to be concerned about though.
