    The thread you are referring to is 1 year old, and I don’t think this might be related to your case since this “known issue” has been patched.

    You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts. Please let us know how this works out for you.

    We would also need a system report from you. You can obtain this report by following these steps:
    – Go to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Once you have the report, please provide those log entries on our PrivateBin. After uploading the log files, share here the link so we can review your case in detail.
