    The extension was installed and license activated, but we see no changes in any of the settings. We also tried reinstalling. We’d like to implement a forced interaction confirmation button.

    I re-purchased a popup builder platinum license for $39.45 (invoice #449719) which did not change anything and then purchased an advanced closing extension fro $10 (order #146860718) and added the license number which still has not changed anything. We are stuck with the popup that does not go away and is annoying visitors to our website. Please help or advise. Our account is [redacted – please do not post your email publicly]
