Advanced Cron Manager show me over 20000 cron on my site

Hello,
When i open plugin to view my cron its show me over 20000+ cron,
whats it this cron in my site.
Before last week, thats cron not exits in my host but today over 20000+ cron on my site.
I take picture from this page , if any one can help me??
