advanced Excerp stoped working

    Advanced Excerp stoped working on my site. I think after updating to WP 5.2.2 ….

    Someone the same issue?

    Hi,

    Since it’s not a free theme we’re unable to test it directly with the theme ourselves. But let’s give it a try without access to the theme.

    It definitely worked on that same page before, correct? Was it working with WP 5.2.1 and the latest version of Advanced Excerpt?

    Can you make a screenshot of the Advanced Excerpt settings page. Or let me know what you have set for the following options:

    1. Excerpt length
    2. No custom excerpts
    3. Filter

    Doesnt work for me in Astra theme either (latest version)

    Hi,

    Sorry for the wait.

    Astra is a free theme so I have access to test it out. It’s actually one of the 15 themes I already had installed on the testing installation.

    I activated it and it works. Latest version of the theme and latest version of WordPress.

    But that’s for the default blog post listing in the theme. It’s a flexible theme so not sure in which exact way you are using it. Can you send over the URL to the website ( to the page where the posts and the excerpts are ) so I can see how it’s set up and try to replicate.

    Also, did you use the plugin before and if so did it work in previous versions of Astra?
