Advanced Excerpt & Viper’s Video Quicktag

Everything works well for me save for one issue:

I would like to include videos (placed using Viper’s Video Quicktag) in the custom excerpts.

I have tried allowing the object, embed and script tags. But a message shows up where the video should which reads “Please enable Javascript and Flash to view this Viddler video.”

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
