Advanced Excerpt & JW Player for WordPress Plugin Embed Code

When using the Advanced Excerpt plugin with the JW Player for WordPress – Flash & HTML5 Video Player, the excerpt generated includes the code generated by the JW Player short code.

There are many options within the Advanced Excerpt plugin to remove/keep short codes/markup. What do I need to select/deselect so that the excerpt generate excludes the code generated by the JW Player short code?

For now, I’ve embedded the videos past the first 40 words of a post so that the excerpt doesn’t conflict.
